I was "sold" the service of a listing for Great Cars and Trucks. My ad did not appear as I understood the promises. When I attempted to rectify, I felt it was impossible to get through to anyone.
Calls to the customer service line were greeted with a automated system that gives you a couple options to go through, if none of them suit, it hangs up on you. I called back several times, selected one by one each option, and each of the mail boxes in the system were full and could not take a message or return calls.
The E-mails I sent were all returned as undeliverable.
When I finally spoke to someone, (I was very persistent) I feel they were condescending and arrogant. ("Manager-Chris") They had my money and really left me with an impression they couldn't care less about my concerns.
I feel the site listing is obscure and I feel the chances of a buyer finding your vehicle is slim. I do not see value for the money. I started E-mailing other people who have ads on the site, and heard a repeat of my experience and frustrations.
I would not recommend utilization of the site, I would not recommend any kind of service, like this one holds itself out to be. It sounded reasonable in the sales pitch, but "Beware the salespersons promises".
I was told the service works so well, I don't need to worry about the refund, most vehicles sell within seven to ten days.
My car is still for sale... not a single call to date from the Great Cars and Trucks site. With my experience so far, I do not expect my refund. I feel duped. They won't listen to my concerns, so I am adding to this site.
