Great Cars and Trucks.com salesman Kevin (905-389-2271) sold me on a bunch of lies. He told me to mark my calendar for 75 days after the payment date and to submit the money back guarantee form because it would take until after the 90 days for them to process my request. When I saw the money back guarantee form said 90 days I called Kevin. He again told me to send the request in because it would take them time to process it. He told me to call Bev at 1-866-713-1122 to follow up on the refund. I did what he said and they refused to refund on the grounds that the request was postmarked before the 90 days. I submitted proof of when the car was eventually sold (after 90 days and in no way connected with Great Cars and Trucks.com). I've written them letters and emails but no response.
Do not believe anything they say!!!
You are also not likely to sell anything from their website. They dont' have any decent search capability so a potential customer is not likely to find your item.
Beware of any calls from Great Cars and Trucks.com - they call from listings in reputable sales publications such as AutoTrader. Great Cars and Trucks.com is a sham - stay clear from them.
