We moved to this rented house a month ago. The landlord is Luba Trim. We are experiencing a terrible situation right now. The furnace was not working starting from last Saturday (Nov 10) and we have been staying in the 6 degree C rooms. When we came back home from outside last Saturday, we found out the home temperature dropped down to 12 degree C. So we phoned the landlord but nobody picked up the phone until 9:30 pm. It was Luba's son. He came to the house at 10:00 pm and inspected the problems and told us to get somebody to fix the furnace 10:00am on the next day. Actually nobody came on last Sunday and no phones came in either. And we stayed in this 6 degree C rooms waiting, waiting and waiting. We kept on phoning the same phone number and all of the phones were ignored. We can not believe this is a landlord's responsibility. I am still phoning the landlord on Monday, and still got no answers so far. What kind of the service and the people they are?
