After several failed attempts using email and live chat a reply was sent that still has not provided me with a solution. Their web page says someone would be in touch withing 24 hours of the initial request but it took 96 hours and is still ongoing at this time. 2:00PM 12/20/2012. I guess I should feel luck as compared to others that have posted about this outfit it took weeks to months to get any action. There is NO SERVICE in their CUSTOMER Service it should say customer dissatisfaction dept. Just some of the emails below so you can get the idea. Ask the same questions over and over again and eventually you just give up. They are completely unreachable by phone as probably evident to anyone that has tried that approach has found out. Why is the RMA number being requested? to HidKitXenonLig. After getting the product it was not what I wanted so it needs to be returned. I might add that who ever made the translations form whatever the original language the directions were written in did not do a very good job. There are also contradictory statements in a couple of places that do not coincide whit installation procedures.
