I believe that I have given your company ample time to return the $98.99 for the DVD's and the $40.25 that it cost me to return the product to you.
As of 1/29/09 - still nothing. When am I going to receive my monies??? When we first started this, the communication with your company was almost immediate, now it is down to nothing, no answers to emails or returned phone calls since January 6th.

As of today's date I have not received any information from you on my return package to your company or a reply to my below email on December 24, 2008. I have tracked my return package of the DVD's to you and see the post office attempted delivery on Dec. 23rd. I am inquiring if you now have the package in hand and when I will receive my refund of $98.99 posted to my account (30 days ago) by TDC Electronics on November 30, 2008.
My tracking receipt also notes the postage amount paid (5 business days) by me to return the package to you that your company agreed to reimburse to me also in the amount of $40.25. Please reply as to when I will receive the credit for the DVD's to my credit card of $98.99 and a check in the amount of $40.25 for postage = totaling $139.24 in refunds.

Ok... I have opened them as you directed - we put in "Golden Eye" and "
Licence to Kill" they both make terrible sounds and wouldn't play, there is some kind of glue on the back side of both, so we were unable to confirm if they were in fact in English or with no subs.
We also looked at the rest of ones in Volume 3 and they are all the same, with the glue looking substance on the back side of each of them.
I need a RA# authorization to return them asap.

Hello - I just received the DVD package. I was NOT aware this was coming from China, it does not state that on your website, and ALL the writing on the mailing label is in Chinese and also on the packaging of the product is in Chinese. Are these movies in Chinese? Are they in Chinese and subtitled in English? I am very concerned and do not want to undo the packaging or wrap the gift and find out on Christmas Day they are not what I thought I ordered.
