I am having my Website Development Company since 2003, and I have got membership with the Website www.scriptlance.com since 2003, So my Whole Business is being Driven from the Services of website www.scriptlance.com.
Till Date it was everything going smooth, but in The Mid of Year 2008, We got a project from An American Who wanted to get his website done. We approched each other using Scriptlance.com and We done exchange of payments using Scriptlance.com
After finishing the Project 100% and Making 100% payment the Webmaster for whom we done the Project, Approched Scriptlance Support members saying that He want his 50% money back. This request was made right after almost more then 60 days after finishing full payment for the Project.
The Webmaster might have faced some Economical Problems and Due to that He might have lost interest from the Project. But that doesnt mean that We would have to return the money which we have charged from him, because As i have explain in beginning We are a WebDevelopment Company, so even we have paid the Salaries and Over heads to the Developers who were working on that Project.
Now The Webmaster's Money back request was totally unethical so we didnt given him much attention. But Scriptlance.com jumped into the matter by being the Judge of this Matter.
So to explain the case to Scriptlance.com We written more then ample of emails but most of them remain unanswered till date. So I sent my Executive to the Registered Office of Scriptlance.com and Explained my whole Case in front of them. At that time they agreed but now Again they have come up with saying that the case is not resolved yet.
Mr. Rene has Charged 2500 USD from our Account, And I am sure that The Money would not have been given to the Webmaster.
Mr. Rene of Scriptlance.com and Mr. Sanjay keeps thretening us by saying that if you will not Repay 2500 USD then we will delete your account with scriptlance.com.
Now the Account which we have with Scriptlance.com is really valueable because it has good number of Reviews and Good Portfolio. So this means that if they will delete our account then our work of more then 6 years will be wipped out.
I dont know what to do in this case,
They have already Debited 2500 USD From our Account.
