Charges for Service I did not sign up for

Do not know how I was supposed to have signed up for this service. But they say I did and did not cancel after 10 day free trail. Therefore I have been charged 29.95 per month for 6 months for this supposed service. "Identity Protection" Guess I'm a little slow did not check my credit card statements close enough.
