I ordered a Craftsman 21hp 46 inch lawnmower last year around July 30, so now less then a year later there is a problem with the rear end, so I bring it to our local Sear's store and the owner tells me he'll have it sent out as on Thursday. So they get around to sending it out the next Tuesday and about 3 week's later we call to see what is going on with the lawnmower, they tell us there is no record of it so it might be on it's way back, so then we call the local Sear's store where they tell us that they will have a shipment in on Friday but they will be closed Saturday and Sunday so call back Monday. We call back Monday but no lawnmower, they tell us they will get a shipment Thursday, so again we call and nothing, finally the owner starts calling around to find out where it is, he finally gets back to us and tells us it was sent to the wrong place, he had filled out the paperwork wrong and it went back to there main warehouse where it has been sitting for the last month. He calls us back later tells us they can fix it and will have it back here in 10 days, which is this Friday, so we call and again no lawnmower, the owner was there this morning but he took off this afternoon and the only employee tells us Monday. So I guess I'm waiting until Monday to find out if they lost it again or what, but from what I have experience with Sears Canada, I will never ever purchase anything from them again.
