Sign-up with misinformation

In case people don't have the time to read my story, please read this warning: DO NOT SIGN UP FOR BARGAINLINK AND VACATIONSAVERS WHEN THEY "OFFER" A 200 DOLLARS GIFTCARD FOR CANADIAN TIRE. I got a phone call one day from the customer service introducing Bargainlink and VacationSavers saying if I signed up for a 15 day trial regardless whether I continue after the trial or not, I will receive a 200 Canadian Tire voucher. They will send me a package with information but will charge for 1.98 for shipping which I agreed to.

He indicated that the package will arrive within 2-3 business days. After a week, I became weary and also the fact that their websites do not show any good deals of my interest. I decided to stop after the trial. The customer service asked if I have received the package yet with the 200 dollars voucher, I said no, and they said you should wait for it and once you have received it and then decide not to continue I can always call back. Second week has passed I called again and said I want to stop the trial and again, they convinced me to wait for the package with the 200 dollar voucher. Third week came about, I called everyday and asked about it, and I did not receive anything. One day before my trial ended, I discontinued my membership. Till this day i haven't received the package with the 200 dollar voucher for Canadian Tire. I did receive a 25 dollar giftcard voucher for Canadian Tire, BUT valid ONLY if I make the purchase first at Canadian Tire within 7 days of the date of the letter which was 20th of September (I discontinued on 15th of September) and for ACTIVE MEMBERS.
