I have seen a few complains about my company and my Name Jerome Sammy I have to post a rebuttal to these complains.
The complain about the 2 bathroom renovations: The customer called me to give her a price on the renovation of 2 bathroom. I went and looked at the job and emailed her a detailed estimate of the project, she agreed to the price and wanted to move forward with the project. I usually require a 10% deposit to secure the contract. I started working on the plans went to her premises at least 5 times with samples for the project and to further discuss the project. Two days before the project was to start she informed me that she would no longer want to go ahead with the project because she wanted to sell her house and the real estate agent informed her she did not need to do the work. I had already made arrangements with the necessary trades and was ready to progress with a signed contract I informed her that the deposit was non refundable because of the amount of time and gas that was invested into the project. She complained to the BBB and they informed her that I was entitled to the deposit. Case closed by the BBB. So their story about taking the deposit and disapperaing is unfounded. They had my phone number and my address, I have nothing to hide I am fully accessable. I have many very good references.
