I noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card recently for ZAR 318 (about $30) from DRI*App World Luxembourg. Turns out this is Blackberry App World. In 2011 I made the mistake of purchasing an app from them using my credit card. Apparently they kept my card details and now tried to get away with a charge. I did not order or buy or download anything. There is no support number on their website, and their online commercial refunds form asks for an order number, which I don't have since I did not order anything. I asked my network provider and they gave me a number, and I eventually got through to a very unhelpful lady at Playbook support, who just said she can't help and I should contact my network provider. This is, and I wonder how often BB gets away with this because they keep the amounts small? I will never again buy a Blackberry phone.
