My daughter rented an apartment from Carol for 1 year, giving her a deposit of $975 that she was to get back when she moved out. Carol refused to give it back and refused to return phone calls and e-mails. The apartment was left cleaner than it was when she moved in and was a good tenant. Carol is just a thief. I looked online and found several complaints about her doing this to other people. Many of the claims out the the apartment were a gross exaggeration.
