Rented a three bedroom apartment from Alja Real Estate. The apartment was not finished, wires were hanging from the ceiling and workers were still working long after we moved in. We had no kitchen cupboards for three weeks. We had three children who endured these living conditions. The property manager was nasty any time we asked when the work would be done. The carpets in the hallways were dirty and disgusting. Was not a good experience and we moved out the following year. This was at the 86 Front St. complex.
