In jan 2011 I purchased a 2011 sonata with navigation. Upon purchase I was to receive a free trip to vegas. No one at the dealer had any info in regards to this. The trip was to be arrange by Ondenza>I had no way of contacting them until i sent them the cash to pay the taxes. They have just contacted me this week by telephone. I do not think I will be taking this trip because I do not beleive it is a good value.

As well the practise poor customer service.

For a number of reasons I regret making the purchase of this vehile although I did purchase a 2007 sante fe and was very happy with it and still am. I would like to some how get rid of this vehicle. without loosing a lot of money, any suggestions.
