Defective Product
I recently purchase a KOBO reader. The reader stopped working a little over 2 weeks when they pushed a software upgrade to the device. I called customer service wherein a soft and hard reset was performed, a picture of error message was sent. I have not heard from their tier 2 people at all. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was given the run around. I have called and called this company to get status on where I am on the tech teams queue to no avail. Before I wanted it repaired, now I just want my money back. There are other readers out there. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BUYING THIS PRODUCT!
