Purchased a Kobo Ereader on the 15 of May/2012 AND IT HASN'T WORKED PROPERLY SINCE I GOT IT NOT COMPATIABLE WITH MACBOOK AND IT HAS GIVEN ME NOTHING BUT GRIEF. TRIED TO GET BOOKS FROM A LIBRARY AND WENT TO THE MACBOOK, BUT WITH THE ADOBE EREADER WOULD NOT AUTHORIZE COMPUTER SO TRIED MANY DIFFERENT EMAIL ADDRESSES AND EVEN THE ADOBE EREADER PROGRAM WOULD NOT AUTHORIZE THE COMPUTER AND I MOVED FROM 1 OR 2 DIFFERENT COMPUTERS AND KEPT CONTACTING ADOBE AND FOLLOWED EMAIL INSTRUCTIONS AND THEY ADVISED ME THAT IT ACCOUNT WOULD BE ACTIVATED WITHIN 24 HOURS. GUESS WHAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. RECEIVED ANOTHER EMAIL TELL ME THAT TOO MANY ACTIVATIONS AND ANOTHER SET OF INSTRUCTIONS WITH INSTRUCTIONS. WELL GUESS WHAT DID NOT WORK. I AM SENDING THE EREADER BACK TO KOBO AND I DON'T CARE IF I EVER SEE ANOTHER AGAIN. JULIE
