I recieved a Kobo as a gift. This past summer it died. The screen would not display anything. I sent it back for repair. They sent me a refurbashed one. The new one had battery problems. I ended sending 2 more back with the same problem. The last one they sent me was brand new and worked good until Dec 13th. Same problem again No screen display. Now they are refusing do fix because my warranty was up on the 12th of Dec. Do not buy a Kobo Nothing but trouble for me.
