I ordered 3 dvds on 11/27/06 and read the claim of delivery withing 10-12 days so when 14-16 came and went I began calling them - I got thru only to be told that it didn't mean that from order, but from shipping and that my order had not shipped yet, but was scheduled to go out that next day. If I wanted to pay for rush shipping I would have my dvds that friday just in time for the holidays.
I never received the dvds - The number had a recording saying out of the office til Jan 4, 2007 - since then when I call I get the same recorded message with the instruction to leave a message and I will receive a prompt response - hah - never get a response.
the scammers are still out there - if you go to the web site and type a generic request on liveperson link you will hear from them, but if you indicate you are a customer who has not received your product you get no response.
