I ordered 3 dvds on 11/27/06 and read the claim of delivery withing 10-12 days so when 14-16 came and went I began calling them - I got thru only to be told that it didn't mean that from order, but from shipping and that my order had not shipped yet, but was scheduled to go out that next day.
