On November 10, 2006, I order the complete set of Columbo DVDs. I received several emails confirming my order and informing me that delivery time is 10-14 days.
As of December 13, I have yet to receive the items ordered. I have sent three emails so far, all of which have been ignored.
I haven't tried calling the number listed in the emails yet. From another report I've read on this web site I'm sure it will be fruitless.
I'm going to wait until the end of the week and, if I receive nothing, I'm filing a dispute with my credit card company.
