I ordered Daria dvds from this website back in December. After a month it still had not arived so I sent several emails asking about the item. They said it had been backordered and it would ship in a week or so. Oh, thanks for telling me. Then it took another month and they finally came. Only the dvds look like they had been made on someones computer, horrible quality, and the first disc wouldn't even play because it had a chunk missing out of it! I checked their return policy and did everything they asked me to and mailed them back. It had now been at least 2 months, and SEVERAL emails later and I still have yet to recieve my refund. I got one response back saying I would see the credit to my card in 3-6 business days. That was at least 3 weeks ago and I still don't have the credit back. 90 bucks down the drain!!!
