We purchased an HP laptop from Best Buy in Burlington, Ontario. It was advertised that "Purchase and register this laptop with HP Canada and HP will send you a Windows Vista upgrade which Best Buy will install free of charge."
It did not happen untill May 1, 2007. When we contacted HP Canada, we were told that this offer was expired and were told to contact Best Buy. When we contacted Best Buy in Burlington and were told to contact Microsoft. When we contacted Microsoft Canada we were told to contact somebody else.
We had enough, now we are going to contact our lawyer
