My son-in-law had bought a new labtop HP Envy since 2 months and a half. He received the labtop August 18th. The laptop was not functionning. My son-in-law returned the laptop August 23rd to Hewlett Packard Canada.
Since 2 months and a half, he had not received the laptop he had already paid August 18th. He is at school and he needs his laptop for his studies.
He had encounter his duty by having paid already his bill. On the other side, HP has not delivered the laptop.
He had contacted HP Customer service each week since August 23rd. Each time, a customer service representative of HP told him that he would receive his laptop soon. They metion that they wait for a part to repair the laptop.
Each time, he called the HP customer service they transfer to an another person. He filed a plaint to them and he still have not received his new laptop.
It's really frustrating for him. He had worked all the summer to pay his laptop. HP had not filled their obligation to send a brand new laptop he was expecting to receive from HP.
We need your help to solve this problem.
