No Phone Service 2 Times, 2 Months

Two times in the past 2 months my family has been without home phone. Shaw Cable offers home phone when they can not offer reliability in doing so. It is neccesary when offering phone service provide reliability for phone at least if not internet and tv cable which also do not work.

The first time was due to a fiber optics thief, and we were without a home phone (I have a young daugher, and wife at home alone when I'm working, sometimes nightshifts). This 2nd time is because of wind storms. Some would say that these can not be controlled but plans to counteract them and to recover from them are within Shaws power and it is truely lacking. In both cases I was unable to contact anyone at Shaw, through Internet Chat, Phone, or any other means via work.

Someone has to start making these people, who charge us 170 dollars a month be accountable for their lack of coverage and service.
