Gmoneyca.com/kit has withdrawn two amounts ($58.62 and $72.45) from my RBC Visa account without my permission. I contacted them this morning and was promised a refund and a follow up email to which I was to respond to this refund request. In other words, fill in a form requesting a refund and why. I cannot locate anyone to speak to although I spoke to someone called Thelma this morning. No EMAIL was forthcoming and it has been a few hours.
All I request is the funds be credited to my account.
