My son applied on-line for a government grant. I received a bill on my visa for $69.07. All he was requesting was information about it. the statement says it was for foreign currency transactions. The fee for his request was $3.95. I don't mind paying that but we didn't even get any information. Please refund the remaining $65.12. my refund confirmation # is 2520327.
