Pressure washing and gutter cleaning

I was never able to make contact from the beginning. I always got the message, "mailbox full", now the message is "account closed"

I have paid $69. for having gutters cleaned and 2 hrs. of pressure cleaning and would like to have my money refunded as the service is definitely no longer available.
