Direct Energy feels that it is necessary to harass and send to collections an account which i have never signed anything for nor do i have a business, or a gas account for that matter. business was closed no longer have natural gas service. period
Where do they think this money is going to come from (reason business closed) or why do they deserve it for not having provided any product. not like i switched to another provider I just closed a money losing business and thats it.!
