I had a PC MasterCard that I closed in October 2010. This July i received a statement saying i had a new balance which was odd since i cancelled the account. I called them and said i do not have an account with them anymore and that the account had been closed for several months. It turns out they process an auto renewal from a Sirius Radio account that I had tried to close in the past. There are actually two complaints in one post. Why did Sirius not send me a renewal reminder? Why is it impossible to cancel you Sirius account? Why was Sirius allowed to process payment through a closed account? Why do i have to dispute a charge on an account that was closed?
