This company is NOT reputable

I ordered a DVD on November 8th. They told me it would be shipped Nov 10th with delivery Nov. 20-23.

I inquired when it was not received & they stated difficulties with the shipping company and it would go out immediately.

Again, I did not receive it as of Dec. 17th. I e-mailed them & they stated it would be shipped but if I did not receive it they would refund my money. So... all this time it was never shipped & I still don't know if it has been.

I feel this company is a rip-off because nothing they have said has been the truth. No communication from them the past two e-mails I sent. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
