I made a purchase with a relatively new supplier of Melanotan II this past week. The company goes by the name of MelanotanUS.com and MelanotanCanada.com. My initial communication with the company was very good. I was told that my order could be shipped out the next day, and they even gave me a 10% discount. However, as soon as I placed my order, the transaction went down hill. After two business days I emailed Justin Crabbe (owner of MelanotanCanada.com/MelanotanUS.com) about the status of my order, to which he replied "please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to be shipped". Unbelievable!!! He told me that it could be shipped out the next day BEFORE I placed my order!!! I don't like to deal with anyone that lies to me right off the bat.
By now I am a little weary of MelanotanUS.com/MelanotanCanada.com, and I express my concern to Justin. He responds that he can issue me a refund if I'd like. I think "Perfect", so I accept his offer for a full refund. He responds that he has passed along my request for a refund to his accounting department but I will be charged a 15% "restocking fee". What?!?! First, he doesn't tell me about a restocking fee up front. Second, why a restocking fee... my order was never shipped out... it was still in "processing" according to Justin. On top of that, he charged $45 for shipping (when I place my order), which when he refunded was 15% less, due to "restocking". How do you restock a shipping charge?!?! I tell this to Justin and he responds "this is company policy", even though there is nothing stated on his website about a restocking fee.
So, here is my experience with MelanotanUS.com/MelanotanCanada.com. I can say one positive thing about my experience - that Justin was very prompt at responding to my emails. However, he does not deliver on what he promises and he misled me. Buyer beware!
