Filed in for partial RRSP withdrawal 2 months ago (feb 26 2012) i still have not received my money. Tried direct deposit 3-4 times, then tired of waiting settled with them on checque via Canada Post (they need their own entry in canada-complaints.com) and was promised delivery (5-7 business days)! called Desjardins again today, now their delivery frame magically changed to 10 days.
Very bad business and that happened to few of my friends as well. IF YOU REQUEST WHAT'S YOURS - DEAL ELSEWHERE, NOT DESJARDINS.
