Well yall, it seems as if First Capital Consumer Group has up and (dun) it. First Capital has made its mark down in the Dirty! (ATL). I think I am also a victim of this little farce First Capital Consumer Group is responsible for. I got a call from these people during the forth of July weekend several times after I purposely left the representative on hold to answer another call. The representative offered a master and visa card with credit limits totaling $5500 with no annual fees and a APR of 4.9%. After accepting the offer I was told that ther was a one time processing fee of $199.00 which would needed to be drafted from a checking or savings account. After I provided the rep with the necessary info to draft the account, I began to do a little research and what do you know! I found complaint after complaint about this company after checking out a couple of websites. I immediately closed my account but, the draft had already been taken from the account. I attemted to contact the company (u guessed it) "all of our reps are busy please leave a message and someone will contact you within 24 hours" or the infamous "mailbox is full" - a legitimate business with a voice mailbox as the primary point of contact? And do you really think they returned my call after leaving a message-- (u guessed it) ReginaldAtlanta, Georgia
