Capital First Consumer Group called me saying I quailfied for a Mastercard with a $2000.00 credit limit. I should have known it was too good to be true but they made it sound like a great offer and I needed to rebuild my credit. All I needed to do was pay $199 and I would received my card in the mail in a few weeks.
They debited my account the following Monday AND TUESDAY! I tried to call the customer service number I was given but always get a voice recording saying to leave a message and someone will get back to me within 24 hours. No call yet. I found this website today and got as many customer service phone number I could and call them all mulitple time. Each had the same voice recording except one that said she couldn't talk to me if I didnt have an account and that she could not find any information on me. No supervisor or manager would speak to me either. I can only write to the corporate office for help. We all know how that will end up.
Well I forwarded my information to The consumer complaints and all I can do is hope that they can get my money back. I appreciate all their efforts to help victimized comsumers like myself.
