First Capital Consumers
On June 15 someone (name unknown)from First Capital Consumers informing me. I have been pre-approved for two credit card 1 Mastercard with $2500 credit limit and a visit with $2500 credit limit. I would have to pay a one time few of $199 dollars. He said someone would be calling back to verify this information. I gave my wife name. If I was not here that could speak with her.Then a few hours later someone (name unknown) from First Capital Consumers wanted to vertified all the information. They spoke with my wife and vertified all the information. They informed my wife that we would receive the Credit Card and packages within 7 to 14 days after First Capital Consumer Received the payment. They got the payment on June 20, 2002. We still have not received anything from First Capital Consumer. It has now been almost a month since we received anything.Realizing it has been almost a month since First Capital Consumer took they $199.00 dollars from my account on June 20, 2002. My wife decided to try and call the number the give me. She also vertified the number back to the person on the phone. The person (unknown name) said that if we had any questions just call that number (416) 488-4664. My wife has been calling for the last three days now. All she gets is a recording. The recording says. Our hours are from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern Standard time. If you are getting this message please try back if you are able to if not you can leave a message and we will get back to within a 24 hour period. We still have not heard from them. She has been tring for the past three days and it cost money to call up to Canada.JustinHemet, California
