As always there are two sides to every story. We were hired to create full page ads for Yellow Pages and other graphic design work, the bill was 2K including 800 towards SEO. We work based on purchased hours, due to the time John wanted in graphic design the budget was used up and there was nothing left for SEO. We did not advise to have a full page ad in YP due to the costs. This is what put him out of business and he was wanting to sue the YP people too. Even though the budget was used we offered free hosting for five years and all needed SEO work free, he refused. The majority of our staff have been with us almost ten years. We have been in business since 2000 and have never had any litigation and most certainly have never asked staff to lie. We are sorry Johns out of business and our offer still stands should he ever want to start again.
