Wll what can I say? I hadn't worked at The Source for very long and I'm glad.
it's too corrupted. The people working where I worked were all backstabbers. The minute someone came into the shop they were all over them. People would steal eachothers sales to make a few extra dollars. If you were like me and liked stocking shelves and doing back work to help out the shop instead of doing all the sales, you got in trouble for lack of sales. You were expected to serve customers and put tags out and inventory all in a days work. We never had time!
The district manager was two faced. He would be al nice and sweet one minute and stab u in the back the minute later. If'e fire u on the spot just because he didn't like the way u looked or u were only there for 1 month and weren't making top notch sales.
Cocky.
and the prices there are always wrong.
Never work at the source. They don't pay overtime and they will rip you off from having an actual, REAL good job.
These guys act like their work is the boom and they make uber amounts of money, but you have to be a complete prick to get there and steal everyone elses sales and have everyone hate you.
Here's an idea: lets go out and find ourselves a real job.
