Worked at the Jewel Radio station owned by Evanov Group, as a Sales person for 8 months The first question I had for them was Sales Rep turnover they said something like 9 sales people in 3 years of operation, the truth was 42 sales people and 9 sales managers. The reason for the high turnover is they have so many ways of not paying you, and they have a layer working full time in the Toronto who makes sure you don’t leave with a cent. Its unfortunate we don’t have any laws in Ontario to protect us from company like the Evanov Group and they can only operate in Ontario because of our lack of protection. And we have to find out the hard way.
