Commercials changed without our permission

We are a business in the upper ottawa valley that used My FM 104.9 to advertise. We thought it was a good way to go because of all the community stuff they do and lots of people listen but it has turned in to a nightmare. We had commercials produced by My FM, we listened to them, we liked and approved them, we heard the commercials on the radio many times, then they stopped playing them. I called the sales department and asked our sales person why our commercials were not playing anymore. The sales person told me their manager said one of the names in our commercials was not pronounced right and wanted it changed. I asked to talk to the manager Marc Poirier and he got on the phone. He told me he did not like how a name in the commercials was pronounced and asked for changes. To me the name was pronounced right but he insisted it was wrong and told his commercial person to redo it, then he told me that I was saying the name wrong. I told the manager that I approved the commercials and did not have any issues with it, he said he was getting it changed anyway. I told Marc that I did not ask for the changes, I did not give him permission to change our commercials, but he very rudely said he is the general manager and he can change things if he wants, it doesn't matter what I say, he is the boss. I again said I wanted my commercials playing again without any changes but he still did not reinstate our commercials and went ahead and had our commercials remade. Our My FM sales person sent me the changed commercials, I told the sales person to get rid of all our commercials and not reinstate any of our commercials. I will not use any radio station for advertising ever again, and I have stopped playing radio in my business.
