Extremely poor service

Have been trying to obtain a pin number to activate my mobile phone. Service as been paid for. Called Comwaves service department and was told that no information could be passed on by them. However I could send an E-Mail stating my problem. This as been done with no response from the people that took my money. In closing I would say that the said operation needs some scrutiny by someone with official status. Thank You.
