Poor Delivery Sevice

My package was delivered on May 17 and I have not received it until June 8. Tracking the package online it said "Available for Pickup", but no detailed address, no phone number. When I called the customer service the lady said they delivered once but I did not answer the phone, Ok then why didn't you call me again??? The package was left in the depot for over a week but no one called me and no notice card was left! She also said the package has been sent back to the sender yesterday but the tracking detail said it was still available for Pickup today!! She also asked me to reorder from the sender, reorder my ass, it's limited time offers. Really BAD delivery experience. I waited for a while but the depot never called me so I called again, and this time the teller was rude and hung up on me before I finishing talking.
