First magazine paid for but not delivered

I ordered the magazine First for Women for my daughter for Christmas 2010. $23.88 was taken off my credit card on Dec 3 2010. When my daughter did not receive the magazine I contacted First magazine but they said they had no record of it. I have left a message at Magazine City 800 787 1414 several times but they have never returned my call.
