They called 3 months ago offered a visa and a matercard for a small fee of $199. we needed money at the time so i said well why not.now 3 months later i still have nothing i have been calling everyday for the last month and either nobody answers or they tell me that they will have a supervisor call me back as soon as one is avalible.they even went as far as telling me that it was in the mail at one point of time. today they told me that capital consumers went bankrupt and they took over but would not give the name of thier company to me.so my sister was surfing the web and found this web page and seen that capital consumers was on here so she sent it to me right away. my wife has been saying that this was a scam the whole time, but i always see the good in people, but now i know not to trust anyone on the phone again unless i know them.
