I hired this company to have my records destroyed. After communicating with me LIVE on line I was assured that my case was quite simple and could be done with no problem. I was told they would not proceed until they received full payment. I sent then a money order and they contacted me telling me they received it and would proceed with my case and it would take a few months. That was now 16 months ago. I have emailed them a few times and always had the same reply but usually from a different person. Finally I contacted the Better business bureau and they took up this for me but Pardons and Waivers would not even reply to them. They advised me to contact consumer affairs. I did that and even they now are not replying to me. They sent me some papers that Pardons and Waivers sent them but it tells me nothing. I have once again email them and Pardons and waivers but as usual I am being ignored. This cost me $450. for nothing. I hired them in good faith and now I know why they want the money up front. Its unfortunate because I am UNABLE to speak... so I can't call them and they are well aware of this, Being on disability I can't afford to hire a layer and its impossible to find one that would help me out and give me time to pay as well as work with me online... So I am stuck
