Have a wood burner I bought and installed in 2003 Model gh1000 I have called at least 20 times per year for the last 5 years trying to get help with my leaky wood stove I have had it welded on every year so we could use it. This year its really bad leaks like crazy and is shutting itself down... I dont have a clue what to do but I have a machine outside that has a 30 year warrenty and no one will help me fix it. I am stuck with a burner I paid 10, 000.00 for that doesnt work right. Customer service sucks... The dealer I bought the stove from is no longer selling cause of the poor service. and all the complaint on the stoves he even tried calling to get me help... again its like we never called no one gets back to us to help... Man Please do something... I have photos from way back when andI have loads of people that will attest to what I am saying I even sent them a photo 5 years ago..Remember no response..
