I have a Kitchen Aid Concerean self cleaning stove that is four years old. Within the first year switches for the elements have failed. One has been replaced three times usually I have to call Sears and remind them of the repair. When replacing the element the service man broke the stove top. I waited a month for the replacement. Before Thanksgiving my oven would not maintain the selected temperature. THe service man replaced the sensor today, it didn't work. Here it is Christmas and I'm still waiting for a working oven. I have paid for the protection agreement and feel that the stove qualifies for the no lemon policy. I have to wait for the service man to do a report, which he doesn't seem to know about. I have bought appliances from Sears in the past and was very pleased with the service. Now, the customer services with Sears is a joke. I also contacted Kitchen Aid and since the stove was four years old it was no longer their problem. But the thing is it is sitting in my kitchen with a Kitchen Aid sign on it and everyone knows it does not work. But then again Kitchen Aid and Sears both have my money so who's laughing now.
