We hired Patrick from P.A.B. Home Care Service to do gutter work and repairs and he basically took our cash and never came back to complete the work. He operates only with a cell phone which protects him from complaints because we can't obtain an address from him to make a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. He hangs up. We are two seniors who were taken for $500.00.
