Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing & don't ask for a refund mymusicinc

Being new to downloading music, I had the misfortune of finding My Music Inc. I joined as a lifetime member for music and movies at a cost of $49.90

After two hours, I learned that My Music Inc. was not what I thought it was. I did not want to get involved with illegal music downloads, I wanted to pay royalties and purchase songs to legally burn cd's.

I cancelled my membership two hours after purchase. This all happened on May 12, 2006. I have been trying to get a refund to my credit card ever since.

You cannot call this company on the phone, you can only fax them. They do not respond to emails on a regular basis. They finally emailed me a link to a request for refund form.

I have filled out the refund form three times. They promise a refund in two or three business days. It is now a week for me, and still no refund. I have now reported them to my bank, and have filed this complaint.

I wish I had checked here before doing business with this company. I would say "beware" to any potential new customers.
