Ripoff No refund during 30-day free trial

In January I signed up for this music download service, relying on its promise of a 30-day free trial. My credit card was charged $18.95 (US) immediately. I did not use the service and wrote an email to cancel within 30 days. No refund. All I ever got was run around: why do you want to cancel? did you use our cancel form? why do you want to cancel? can you send me all the e-correspondence about this matter? your refund will be processed within 2-3 days; did you use our cancel form? Pure b.s. and no refund.
