Ad customer service and bad coffee :(
The first time I wen to this Tim Hortons, I ordered a medium coffee with two milks and three sugars my regular. As im waiting for the order im watching the the customer representative actually pouring one coffee pot into the next and then decides to pour me a cup from the spoiled un brewed coffee pot. I stopped her from that stupid mistake that her supervisor obviously didn't mind her doing. Having worked at Tim Hortons myself since the stripped uniforms were in. I recently came off maternity leave from working at another Tim Horton location. The other indecent was this morning, at the same location, I went to get the same order and expressed my disappointment in the coffee the last few times I've been there and if she could please give me the coffee from the full unmarked pot, instead of the one hiding on the far left, because of the last representative who was pouring bad coffee in half empty pots. The rude and poorly trained, with no obvious interpersonal skills told me if I didn't like the coffee why do I come back and that I shouldn't buy from here anymore, if the case. I repeatedly told her she shouldn't talk to me like that, and continued to tell me to not buy from there. I told them this was bad customer service and the supervisor was there and didn't correct or address my concern. Took my money and handed my nasty tasting coffee. Its such a remote area that this is the only Tim Hortons within 20 km to be approximate, im not walking so far for good Canadian customer service when it should be a given when I walk into a Tim Hortons.
